The world is changing faster than ever. To find our passions, we need an early introduction to current and real-world topics. 

The education system around the world isn't keeping pace with the strides in technologies and medicine, the new connected world, the environmental challenges, artificial intelligence, and so on. And these changes are happening faster than most can keep up with.

We start making decisions about our future before being fully introduced to the world. Topics explored through our program can someday become a true passion and lead to an enjoyable and fulfilling career. 

This project is an effort to enable youth to learn. Learn with their peers and by building a network.   A "4thefuture" network.  

Introduce current, real world topics in a fun, social environment

• There aren't many better ways to learn than by teaching. This website is an endeavor to create an environment so students learn and then systematically teach an audience at a young age. 

• Organize in a social group. We call it a 4thefuture network. These consist of groups of 3-5 students of similar age with similar interests and a non-disruptive environment.  

• Provide meaningful resources including readings and media content. Allow a few days of research. Arrange for 2-3 hours of teamwork in a social setting. This is then followed by the final "lecture" delivery and a Q&A. 

• Ensure a reward system for the kids which will be both participation and achievement based. This can be certification at different levels of engagement, or even a scholarship.  

• Above all, the 4thefuture network is about developing a fun, cordial and informal after-school environment.
